*Payment Processors currently supported by FinDock are Adyen, Axerve, Buckaroo, Checkout.com, GoCardless, Mollie, PayPal, Redsys, SmartDebit, Stripe, Six-Saferpay, Tikkie, and Worldpay. For a full list of methods see FinDock Docs. You can add extra processors to your Edition for an additional monthly fee of €75.

**Payment Requests are used to manage payment references (e.g. invoices/ payment slips). Users can easily create and manage one-time or bulk payment requests, which can also be used for recurring payments.

***Native FinDock Direct Debit allows you to manage the entire direct debit process natively in Salesforce via FinDock, without the need for a payment processor.

****Matching refers to FinDock’s reconciliation engine (Guided Matching) which enables nonprofits to import bank statements into Salesforce and reconcile that data with Salesforce CRM and contact data.
