Meet the team: Hartger Olivier, VP Customer Success and Operations

Who are the people behind our company? Why do they enjoy working at FinDock? What makes their jobs special? Through this blog series, we’d like to introduce our partners and customers to the well-versed experts on our team. Today, Hartger Olivier, the VP of customer success and operations, shares his experience!

“Each individual on our team gives a 100 percent”

“What I really like about FinDock is that we can truly impact our customers’ success. I come from the corporate world, it felt that in just two weeks at FinDock, we made more impact on our customers than we could in an entire year at a corporation. There’s no bureaucracy here. Plus, each individual on our team is a well-versed expert in their field and gives a 100 percent in everything they do. And since we all collaborate closely, we learn a lot from each other.”

Gaining knowledge in different areas is very useful, as each issue is unique. “We sink our teeth into every question or request,” says Hartger, “so we need to familiarize ourselves with various environments, organizations, people, and communication styles. Each context is unique. We adapt to it—with the aim of making customers and partners successful and happy, even if they’re initially frustrated over an issue. That’s a challenge we like to tackle as a team, and it’s an aspect of my job I really love.”

“We try to do more than provide a solution”

As Hartger helms the Customer Success Team, he is ultimately responsible for customer success. “To achieve that, we focus as much on our partners as we do on our customers,” he explains. “After all, our partners are instrumental in implementing our solution. If that process goes smoothly, our customers are off to a flying start. Therefore it’s really important to support our partners as best as we can.”

Hartger and his team enjoy helping people out—so much so that they like to go the extra mile. He says:

“We get to the bottom of every issue and we try to do more than provide a solution: we teach people how to tackle the issue in the future. And of course, we’re always there for our customers and partners when they need us.”

This approach has resulted in positive reviews. Not only do customers praise the solution, but they’re also very happy with FinDock’s support. “A genuine sense of care is in our company’s DNA,” says Hartger. “Of course, we want people to be happy with our solution. But it’s not just the tech part that matters. We aim for pleasant, long-term collaborations with our customers and partners.”
