Who are the people behind our company? Why do they enjoy working at FinDock? What makes their jobs special? Through this blog series, you can get to know the experts on our team.
Today, we’d like to introduce you to our new VP of Sales, Martine Heuff, who is bringing a unique set of skills and expertise to FinDock.
Bas Visser, Founder and CEO of FinDock is excited about Martine’s start:
“We’re happy to have Martine onboard! With her experience at both Salesforce, SAP and ABN Amro Bank, we feel Martine is the perfect fit for this role. We’re excited about the next steps ahead of us!”
In this blog you can read all about Martine’s vision, mission, values, and goals!
“We’re approaching major expansion”
“One of the reasons why I joined FinDock is that the close-knit team has a clear vision and mission,” Martine says.
“We’re approaching major expansion. Currently, we’re mainly focusing on Europe, the U.S., and Canada. Within Europe, our regional focus is on Spain, France, DACH, the Nordics, and the UK. We are doubling the number of sales reps to foster growth in these regions.”
Now that Martine is on board, there is even more room to deliver value to our partners and customers. For example, our industry solutions director Dan Kingsley can, with his team, fully focus on bringing FinDock to life across all Salesforce Industry solutions.
Meanwhile, Martine is full with plans to help more organizations reap the benefits of FinDock by increasing awareness of our solution.
“Regardless of the sector they operate in, combining payment and CRM data has a huge positive impact on business operations. I’m excited to make even more organizations aware of that and help them work more easily and efficiently.”
“To take CRM to the next level, I firmly believe you need payment data”
Martine brings a ton of experience to FinDock. She started her sales career at IBM, after which she joined Salesforce. After Salesforce she joined SAP Spain where she managed a team of CRM specialists. In 2019 she returned to the Netherlands to work as a regional director at ABN AMRO Bank. She liked her job, but at some point, she realized she missed a fast-paced, target-driven environment that fosters entrepreneurship and curiosity. By joining FinDock, she’s been able to return to her passion for sales and technology. The combination of her experience makes her a perfect fit for this role at FinDock.
Apart from her 20 years of experience with sales, technology, and banking, Martine is very CRM-savvy:
“If used correctly, a CRM system greatly improves customer service, sales, and operational excellence,” she says. “To take it to the next level, though, I firmly believe all companies, profit and nonprofit, need payment data within their CRM. It’s the key data for creating a 360-degree view of your customer.”
Data-drivenness, which is at the heart of FinDock’s mission, is essential to Martine in work and life. She explains:
“Equality and transparency are important values to me, and data helps to improve these values for people and organizations. Since it represents factual information, it takes the guesswork out of everything and prevents unsubstantiated assumptions or decisions. With hard-and-fast data, you can take informed action.”
“Our solution adds a lot of business value”
When it comes to FinDock’s future, Martine has a well-defined vision:
“Our technical expertise is above par and we’re great at solving issues fast. But what I’d like to emphasize even more is that our solution adds a lot of business value: the combination of FinDock and Salesforce results in actionable data that helps organizations better serve their customers, automate manual processes, and focus on core tasks. It is my goal to proactively help partners and customers leverage these benefits.”
To achieve her ambitions, Martine is currently in the middle of recruiting new talent. Are you interested in joining her team? Have a look at our growing number of vacancies.
