January ’26 Release Highlights
FinDock’s January ’26 release is now live in production orgs as of Sunday, January 25. You can watch the January release webinar for a walkthrough and demos, or review the release notes for the complete list of changes.
If you’re short on time, these are the highlights:
- Paya processor integration (pilot)
- Refunds from Salesforce (pilot)
- New payment methods for Europe and the Nordics
- New FinDock Knowledge Base
Paya for FinDock (Pilot)
Paya, part of Nuvei, is now available as a processor integration pilot for US-based payment operations. The pilot supports one-time and recurring credit card and ACH Direct Debit payments through the FinDock virtual terminal (MOTO) component and online channels such as PayLinks included as the scope expands.
The Paya integration also includes Address Verification Services (AVS) for fraud protection.
Why does Paya matter?
Paya is a well-established payment provider in the US, with a long history supporting nonprofit and membership organisations. For US-based teams, this means working with a processor that aligns with familiar payment flows for credit card and ACH Direct Debit, while fitting naturally into Salesforce-based operations.
Refunds from Salesforce (Pilot)
We have taken our first steps towards enabling full or partial refunds from Salesforce. This is a significant new capability allowing agents to initiate refund requests directly from Salesforce rather than triggering refunds from PSP dashboards. . With the January ‘26 release, the refunds pilot is limited to payment processing through Paya..
Why do refunds matter?
Your service team can issue refunds from the customer record without switching tools, and finance gets a clear trail tied to the original payment for follow-up and reporting.
We plan to expand refunds support to additional PSPs in future releases, and the release webinar includes a demo.
New payment methods for Europe
For customers in the SEPA region, FinDock now supports SEPA Bank Transfer as a payment method. Structured RF Creditor References are generated automatically, including support for the Finland-specific RF Creditor References format. This helps incoming transfers match back to the correct records with less manual work.
MobilePay is also now supported for one-time and recurring payments in Denmark and Finland, extending payment options across the Nordics with our integration to Vipps MobilePay.
Why do these payment methods matter?
For teams operating in the Nordics, MobilePay is a popular choice in Finland and Denmark, helping customers pay using a method they already use day to day. For the SEPA region, structured references on bank transfers make it easier to identify incoming payments and reduce exceptions and clean-up work.
For a complete overview of supported PSPs, payment methods, channels, and regions, see the FinDock Factsheet.
Our new FinDock Knowledge Base is live
We’ve launched a new FinDock Knowledge Base to make documentation easier to find and use across Docs, API guides, FAQs, and Releases.
The Knowledge Base includes Ask AI to help you find answers faster, improved search and filtering to speed up implementation work, and an API playground for exploring and testing our APIs.
Why does the Knowledge Base matter?
You can get to the right setup page faster, confirm the details you need with less digging, and reduce support back-and-forth during implementations.
