FinDock’s November ’25 release is now live in production orgs as of Sunday, 30 November. This release highlights blog focuses on how you can collect payments more accurately, offer more online bank options in the US & Canada, and stay in step with Salesforce platform changes – with many smaller fixes in the full release notes.
Key updates include:
- Pre-Authorised Debit (PAD) added to Stripe for one-time and recurring online bank payments in the US & Canada.
- Enhanced processor support for high-volume Buckaroo SEPA Direct Debit runs and Worldpay MOTO recurring card payments.
- In-app guidance and product updates to keep you ready for Salesforce security and automation changes.
As a quick beta update, Direct Debit MOTO has now moved to General Availability, so you can confidently use phone-based SEPA Direct Debit collections as part of your regular operations.

1. PAD via Stripe: Direct Debits for Online Payments
We’ve added Pre-Authorised Debit (PAD) — the standard direct debit scheme for Canada — to our Stripe integration, so PAD is now available as a bank debit option in your online payment flows alongside the existing PAD support via GoCardless.
With this release, the FinDock Stripe integration supports both ACH Direct Debit (US) and PAD Direct Debit (Canada). You can handle bank debits for the US and Canada through a single Stripe processor, while still managing everything from Salesforce. Combined with the wide range of payment methods already available through Stripe in FinDock (such as cards and digital wallets) and support for multiple Stripe accounts, this makes our Stripe integration a one-stop shop for managing US and Canadian payments. PAD is available for both one-time and recurring online payments.
Why it matters
- One processor for US and Canada bank debits. Use a single Stripe integration to handle both ACH and PAD, instead of adding and maintaining separate processors.
- Built for recurring income. PAD is designed for recurring giving, subscriptions, membership fees, rent, and other repeat payments that need a reliable bank-based method.
- Consistent experience. Customers see a familiar, straightforward bank debit option at checkout, fully tracked in Salesforce alongside your other payments.
If you already use Stripe with FinDock in the US and Canada, PAD now complements ACH so you can handle local bank debits in both regions through the same online payment journeys.
2. Enhanced Processor Support: Buckaroo & Worldpay MOTO
Alongside PAD for Stripe, this release includes improvements for customers who run large SEPA Direct Debit collections or take card payments over the phone.
For Buckaroo, we’ve improved how FinDock handles very large SEPA Direct Debit runs behind the scenes. This means high-volume batches (think 100,000+ installments) are processed more smoothly and consistently, across all payment methods available in the Buckaroo extension.
For Worldpay, we’ve fixed issues that sometimes blocked recurring card payments or prevented you from reusing a saved card with the FinDock virtual terminal. Agents can now set up recurring payments and reuse existing cards for MOTO payments without running into errors.
Why it matters
- Faster high-volume runs. Large Buckaroo batches are less likely to need reruns or manual follow-up.
- Smoother recurring card payments. Call centre and back-office teams can confidently set up and reuse cards for Worldpay payments without running into errors.
3. Stay Ready for Salesforce Platform Changes
Salesforce has introduced changes to Connected Apps and continues to phase out older technology like Workflow Rules. This release includes updates that help you keep your FinDock setup in step with those changes.
What’s new:
- Connected Apps guidance in-app. We’ve added clear, step-by-step guidance inside FinDock Setup for components that rely on Connected Apps (such as ProcessingHub and MIDAS). You can see which steps are completed and which still need action — plus links to the relevant Salesforce setup pages.
- Classic permission sets end-of-life. Classic FinDock permission sets are now end-of-life and no longer included in new FinDock installations. If you haven’t already, we highly recommend migrating to FinDock permission set groups so your users continue to receive the right access as the product evolves.
- Salesforce Workflow Rules removed. Remaining Salesforce Workflow Rules in the FinDock package have been replaced with Apex logic, so you’re aligned with Salesforce’s deprecation timeline.
Why it matters
- Reduced risk of interruptions. Clear in-app guidance, backed by a hands-on FinDock Support team, helps your admins complete the right steps and avoid connection issues.
- Confident access control. Migrating to the new permission set groups means your teams keep the access they need when new FinDock features are released and benefit from our latest security best practices.
- Aligned with Salesforce changes. Replacing Workflow Rules with Apex keeps your payment automation compatible with Salesforce’s roadmap.
