1. Bank Feed Is Now GA
Bank Feed is officially live for everyone as a paid add-on. That means no more manual statement downloads or juggling files. Now you can connect directly to over 2,500 EU banks and let FinDock pull in your bank statements automatically for easier reconciliation.
Why it matters
Payments made to your bank accounts have never been easier to manage and reconcile. No more manual report and statement handling. Each set of transactions shows clear opening and closing balances, plus new summary fields like number of credit/debit entries and totals, so reporting and reconciliation have all the context needed.
Features like out-of-the-box Lightning Record Pages for Transaction and Transaction Set objects make it simple to get started, and the system is built to handle large transaction volumes. Expanded remittance info extraction also improves reference matching.
Quality-of-life improvements for reconciliation:
- Guided Matching upgrades: rule templates, bank-specific templates, and improved payment reference extraction
- Batch matching: validate totals, then update hundreds/thousands of installments asynchronously in the background
- Connection expiry notifications: get two weeks’ advance warning before reconnection is needed, plus optional flow template for email alerts
- Support for reversing partially paid installments
- Enhanced license management for Bank Feed account limits
2. Authorize.Net Is Now GA
The Authorize.Net payment extension is now fully supported and generally available.
Why it matters
This expands FinDock’s PSP flexibility, especially for North American customers, by offering more options for how customers can pay. It also gives organizations more choice in how they process payments, reduces dependency on a single provider, and helps ensure customers can pay using the method that works best for them — giving customers a better experience and ultimately improving revenue.
3. Recurring Payments: More Flexibility, More Visibility
Recurring Payments with FinDock Standalone has been upgraded to be more robust and flexible. We’ve added new frequency options, a new installment generation mode, and more.
Why it matters
FinDock Standalone is now a strong recurring payments management option in its own right. You don’t need an additional Salesforce industry solution as the source to manage recurring collections.
You can support a wider variety of payment types – from custom payment methods to standing orders – and handle timing with more control, like always charging at the end of the month or starting on day one. Daily and weekly schedules are now possible too. The new screens give you a clear, simple view of what’s already been paid, what still needs attention, and even a preview of the next 10 upcoming payments.
This brings more real-world flexibility for recurring schedules and more visibility into what’s due or failed – helping finance and service teams stay ahead of collections. It also means less time spent troubleshooting, fewer missed payments, and a smoother experience for customers. Recurring payments are now simpler, more predictable, and better for retention, cash flow, and customer relationships.
4. Important Admin Updates
Classic Permission Sets End of Life (Nov 25 release)
What it is: Classic permission sets will no longer receive updates after the November release. New permission sets and set groups are available now.
Why it matters: To keep receiving updates and security improvements, add the new permission sets alongside the old ones. Migration is quick and additive.
Salesforce Connected Apps Security Update
Action is required to comply with Salesforce’s Connected Apps security update. Please review the FinDock FAQ for detailed steps and guidance.
Salesforce Workflow Rules Deprecation
“Workflow Rules are reaching end of life at the end of 2025. FinDock has replaced the remaining workflow rules with Apex triggers. Customers may choose to deactivate and delete the old workflow rules if they wish.
5. Looking Ahead
Looking ahead, we are looking at adding new payment processors and more one-time and recurring payment methods on the horizon.
