Today, implementation success specialist Bhuvana Lakshmi Narayana shares her experience!
“My job is challenging in a satisfying way”
“No two days are the same,” says Bhuvana. “Every customer is different and every issue requires its own unique approach. That makes my job challenging—but in a satisfying way. Our Customer Success Team gets great feedback from customers and partners, and that makes me feel proud to be a part of it.”
Another element Bhuvana praises is the company culture. “I have great colleagues, so we’re always eager to come to the office and work together. What I truly appreciate is that there’s no hierarchy at FinDock. I’m used to hierarchy because it’s common in the service industries, where I come from. But here, everyone is very approachable and honest. They make you feel at home.”
“FinDock offers room for growth”
As Bhuvana’s journey at FinDock shows, a good start is half the battle: her enthusiasm was born early on. “I was very impressed by the hiring process,” she explains. “I enjoyed the different levels I went through, as well as the panel interview. I didn’t have a lot of Salesforce experience, and that interview gave me the opportunity to show my capabilities. These factors set a strong foundation for me. I felt energized and happy, which has translated into the work I do.”
Bhuvana was originally hired to take on a support role. But after a while, she wanted to expand her responsibilities:
“When I shared my ambitions with Hartger, I was given the opportunity I asked for. It goes to show that FinDock believes in me and offers room for growth. Here, I get to do what I love to do—with people I genuinely enjoy working with. FinDock provides the nice company setting I’ve always wanted.”
