FinDock Demonstrates Excellence within Salesforce Ecosystem

FinDock announced that it has been named a recipient of the Salesforce Partner Innovation Award for Industry Stories. FinDock has received this award in recognition of how its native payments platform has supported Save the Children Netherlands in transforming its fundraising organization by embedding payments operations and donor payment data into its overall fundraising and donor journey within Salesforce.

Through the use of Salesforce and FinDock, Save the Children Netherlands has increased its percentage of income from individual donors from 30 – 70% between 2015 – 2022 which has had a significant impact on the organization. The team has also been able to increase direct debit income by 450%, and reduced debit debit failures by 60%.
