1. An Easier Way to Get FinDock Up and Running
We’ve been on a continuous journey to make FinDock easier to implement. The latest improvements offer clearer navigation, expanded inline help, and more guided steps — helping you get started easier, with less friction.
The enhanced Setup replaces the classic setup with an intuitive design that centralizes and simplifies setting up and maintaining FinDock. Built-in error detection and guidance helps surface any configuration issues before go-live, so you can launch FinDock with confidence.
Why it matters
This release marks the completion of a major redesign and technical overhaul of how you configure FinDock.
Designed to make the setup process faster and more predictable, with built-in guidance, clearly structured tabs and sections, and fewer manual steps — supported by a flexible deployment framework designed to simplify and standardize setup. It’s easier to see what’s already configured, what still needs to be done, and what to do next — all in one place, right from the FinDock Setup tab.
2. ACH Direct Debit Added to the Virtual Terminal
The FinDock Virtual Terminal now supports ACH Direct Debit via Stripe — expanding on the Authorize.Net support introduced in the previous release. This gives agents more flexibility to process both Direct Debit and credit card payments securely from within Salesforce, using a single interface.
Why it matters
Not all payments happen online. When supporters or customers share their payment details by phone, agents can now enter new payments or update existing recurring payments directly in Salesforce — using either ACH Direct Debit or Credit Card, depending on what’s appropriate. ACH Direct Debit is just the first step — support for additional Direct Debit methods is on the way.
They can also see payment status immediately and provide confirmation, giving payers peace of mind that their payment has been safely received and recorded.
It’s all part of helping teams capture more revenue and deliver a better payment experience — even offline.

3. Pages and PayLinks Are Now Easier for Everyone to Use
FinDock Pages and PayLinks have been updated to meet the latest accessibility standards, including improvements aligned with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), to support all users, especially those using screen readers or assistive technologies.
These improvements apply to both new and existing pages. While no additional setup is needed, it’s up to each organization to ensure their configuration choices, like colors, meet accessibility standards.
Why it matters
Everyone should be able to make a payment or donation online. These improvements help more people complete transactions successfully, with clearer error messages, better color contrast, and improved compatibility with screen readers and keyboard navigation.
It’s a small change with a big impact – making your payment experience more inclusive, compliant, and usable for everyone who wants to support your cause or business. It also helps keep you aligned with major regulations like the ADA in the U.S. and EN 301 549 in the EU
4. Bank Feed Gets Better in Beta
We’ve made big steps forward in our Bank Feed beta. The July update makes it easier to connect to more banks, and introduces improvements to how you set up and manage bank accounts used for both collection and reconciliation. We’ve also enhanced how large transaction sets are handled, so Bank Feed can better keep up with high daily volumes and ensure everything gets processed.
Why it matters
These updates make Bank Feed more robust and bring us closer to general availability. Bank Feed is still in beta today, but your feedback has already helped make it easier to connect more banks — including those identified by BBAN or SCAN (sort code and account number), alongside IBAN. When a bank account is used for both collections and reconciliation, FinDock now clearly shows the connection and provides direct links between the two areas – making it easier to manage shared accounts.
Together, these improvements help Bank Feed meet your reconciliation demands with less manual effort and more confidence in your payment data — bringing us closer to fully automated bank statement reconciliation, right inside Salesforce.
