FinDock announces the launch of a complete and comprehensive solution to manage payments on Salesforce for organisations in Norway. With end-to-end support for VIPPS and Avtalegiro, customers in Norway can now manage their entire donation lifecycle on Salesforce and reach new donors.
Managing the donation journey is complicated, especially in a landscape where donors expect organisations to offer familiar (and trusted) payment methods. Additionally, integrating multiple payment methods with different APIs and file formats can become hard to manage. Organisations need a simpler solution to offer the payment methods their donors want.
By offering VIPPS and Avtalegiro, both payment methods native to Norway, FinDock enables organisations to easily capture donations from Norwegian donors in their local currency and record them in Salesforce immediately. And because the connection between FinDock and Norway’s payment systems is automatic, the setup is easier, faster, and more reliable for both big and small organisations.
Customers can easily set up VIPPS and Avtalegiro payments and manage the entire journey directly from Salesforce. FinDock supports the entire lifecycle — from initial agreement to collection, updating or cancellation — natively on Salesforce.
